JANSON HANDPICKED TO PERFORM “CAN’T HELP FALLING IN LOVE” FOR CONTESTANTS BOBBY BONES & SHARNA BURGESS

Platinum-selling, CMA-nominated artist Chris Janson will be lending his talents to prime-time national television, as he is scheduled to perform the Elvis Presley classic “Can’t Help Falling In Love” on Monday’s episode of ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars.” Janson was handpicked by contestant Bobby Bones to perform during his and Sharna Burgess’ round, and will help round out the show’s “Country Night” – an episode celebrating some of country music’s brightest stars and songs. The highly anticipated episode will air this coming on MONDAY, NOV. 5 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.

For week seven, viewers may cast their votes for their favorite “Dancing with the Stars” couples via phone and online at www.ABC.com, beginning from the start of the episode on the East Coast at 8:00 p.m. EDT/5:00 p.m. PDT and closing at 4:00 a.m. EDT/1:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday.

Bobby Bones’ selection of Chris Janson marks a continuation of what has become a significant relationship between the two. A supporter of Chris since the start of his career, Bobby was the first person to spin Janson’s independently released song “Buy Me A Boat,” sending the track to the top of the iTunes country charts, and propelling Chris into his record deal with Warner Bros. / Warner Music Nashville. Now, Chris is nearing 500,000 sales equivalents for the track “Drunk Girl” – winner of MusicRow’s Song of the Year award – and has been nominated for three Country Music Association awards.

Hosted by two-time Emmy-winning host Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews, “Dancing with the Stars” is the hit series in which celebrities perform choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including head judge, Len Goodman, and dancers/choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.

“Dancing with the Stars” is produced by BBC Studios. Andrew Llinares and Ashley Edens-Shaffer are executive producers. The show is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1 channel surround sound.
